Brief mechanism of Contest

:

1. Spend a minimum of RM220 of Tupperware Brands product purchase in a single receipt (excluding Purchase With Purchase (“PWP” & Nett priced items) and purchase the Deco Canister (2) 3.9L at RM68.90/ERM71.90 (Retail: RM102.60| ERM106.70) or Crystalwave Bowl (2) 800ML at RM45.90/ERM47.90 (Retail: RM84.60/ERM88.00) between 1^st June 2022 and 30^th June 2022.
2. Product purchase is to be made at Tupperware Brands Malaysia Business Centers and Studios.
3. Three (3) participants will be shortlisted based on the 8^th, 88^th and 888^th entry (“Eligible Participants”)
4. Eligible Participants will be contacted by TWB via phone call by 15th July 2022 and are required to answer the question.
5. The most creative answer will be entitled to the grand prize, followed by second and third prizes.

Contest Period

:

1^st June 2022, 12:00AM until 30^th June 2022, 11:59 PM. All entries received after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Eligibility Criteria / Ineligibility

:

Must be an eligible recruit (joined Tupperware Brands Malaysia between the months of January to March 2022)

Selection of Winner

:

The winners will be selected by an independent panel. The decision by the panels are final and binding.

Grand prize:
one (1) unit x Tupperware Ultra Clear Containers Set

Second prize:
one (1) unit x SuperSonic™ Chopper 300ml

Third prize:
one (1) unit x PremiaGlass Rectangular 1.0L

Notification of winners

:

Tupperware Brands Malaysia team will contact the winners via phone call within fourteen (14) working days from the end of the Contest Period for prize collection process. If the winners cannot be contacted within the said fourteen (14) days of notification, Tupperware Brands Malaysia reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winners and pick the replacement winners instead. Winners will need to provide details such as full name, NRIC number and email address that match the details for verifications of winners’ identity with Tupperware Brands Malaysia Team. Tupperware Brands Malaysia team will request for a complete delivery address for the delivery of the prizes. Delivery of the prizes will only be delivered within Malaysia. Tupperware Brands Malaysia may forfeit the prize after 1 failed attempt at delivery.

Additional Terms, if any

:

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Participants agree to release Facebook & Instagram from any liability in relation to this Contest. Multiple entries from the same participant shall not be allowed.
• A Participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the Contest Period.
• Tupperware Brands Malaysia shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value, at any time without prior notice. The values of the prizes are correct at the time of printing. All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
• Entry and participation in the contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of this Terms and Conditions, Tupperware Brands Malaysia Policies and Privacy Policies available at Tupperware Brands Malaysia platform.
