- 600g fresh chilies, a mix of green and red chilies
- 1 liter vinegar
- 800g granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a pot. Cook over medium heat until dissolve. Leave to cool.
- Wash and dry chilies with kitchen towel. Cut a slit to remove the seeds.
- Fill container with chilies and pour in the vinegar mixture. Cover and let sit for a day.
